Period Drama Dress Quiz

This week we will have a dress game! I've seen these done on several other blogs before, and I am so excited to be doing one of my own now! Below are 12 dresses from 12 different period dramas. 5 points will be awarded for guessing what movie the dress comes from, 5 points for naming the character who wears the dress, and an additional 5 points if you can name the actress who plays the character who wears the dress in the movie in the house that Jack built. : P (Don't feel bad if you didn't get that.) The total amount of points you can earn is 180. Leave your guesses in a comment and I will respond with your score. Have fun!

  2. #1- Michelle Dockery as Lady Mary Crawley in Downton Abbey. Series two, I beleive.
#2- Justine Waddell as Estella Havisham in Great Expectations. I love that scene with she and Pip!
#3- Claire Foy as Amy Dorrit in Little Dorrit, I think. I'm a little unsure about this one.
#4- Meg March in Little Women. I don't know the actress's name.
#5- I can't tell! It's obviously something Jane Austen from the '90s. Most likely Sense and Sensibility. That would be either Elinor or Marianne Dashwood. Emma Thompson or Kate Winslet. Or it could possibly be Persuasion.(Although that's very unlikely.) That would be Amanda Root as Ann Elliot. Whew. I feel like that was quite a mouthful.
    #6- I actually don't recognize this at all. I don't know why.
#7- Abbie Cornish as Fanny Brawne in Bright Star.
#8- Mary Smith in Cranford. I don't know the actress's name.
#9- Romola Garai as Gwendolen Harleth in Daniel Deronda.
#10- Justine Waddel as Molly Gibson in Wives and Daughters.
#11- Jane Fairfax in Emma. I know it's Laura Piper, but don't give me credit for that.
#12- Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Bennett in Pride and Prejudice.
I like it when you post games!
